Pablite roofing panels came about as a result of a problem with one of our own factory roofs. Corrugated asbestos and leaking badly, we investigated many avenues and found that all remedies were not less that £8,500.00 to overlay. As profile cutters of expanded polystyrene we decided to experiment. We took a 4" thick polystyrene sheet 1200mm X 1000mm and cut it to match the roof profile. We then developed a unique fixing bracket to hold each panel securely. Each panel is then laminated with a 6mm roofing board for strength and rigidity.

One in position the panels are ready to be overlaid with roofing felt. When completed you have a sound, weatherproof, and fully insulated brand new flat roof. A simple solution at an affordable price.

Each panel will comprise 4" Thick SDR/FRA Polystyrene with 6mm laminated Board & 5 Brackets. We can provide any size panel. (Standard = 1200mm X 1000mm).
